When I was a kid, I really loved the TV show. Every Friday, me and my family were watching a movie together and when it was my time to choose, I chose this movie because I thought that if the TV show was great, this movie can't be so awful, right? right? Boi, was I wrong. My brother fell asleep out of boredom after 30 min and I also left 45 min in because I couldn't watch anymore. Too painfuI. I was never allowed to choose a movie on movie night ever again. Fuck this movie.

Genious. I can only tell everyone to watch the show. I loved it so much, give it a chance. Aang, Ong, ang, ongang, gongling, oong, ayng, gring, owlgong, owong, inge, arkg, iang, ongkag, ooong. These are the names of the Airbender dude. Ya know, for a nimble Airbender, Aang's Earth bending in this fight was pretty top notch. Toph taught him well. I think the worst thing about this movie (I haven't watched it yet, because of how bad people say it is, so this is based off what people say and what I saw in this trailer) is that they didn't even say the main character's name right. Sure they might have completely screwed over the racial casting of the characters, Chinese/Japanese fire nation being Indian, Indian water nation being White and so on, but the fact that the MAIN character, the one that has his name said the most during the cartoon, is pronounced wrong.

This show is really a masterpiece. I've never seen this movie, or anything related to Avatar. And I'm honestly baffled at how great these trailers are for a seemingly awful movie.

6:02 That part made me so mad the first (and only, of course) time I watched this movie. In the show, the entire point of that situation was that the camp was on a metal boat with no earth on it at all (or so they thought) so that they LITERALLY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING EVEN IF THEY TRIED. They actually had to get out of that situation with creative thinking instead of just I can give a speech so they're not sad anymore. TL; DR Fuck this movie.

Being honest, I think the Animated Version is 1000000000+ better. This one is more. well, its a bit weird. First of all Katara and Sokka are not white lol.
